"I started getting an auto insurance quote online and liked what I saw. Saved me a lot of money vs others for same coverage. Chose Matthew to send my quote to to finalize. Maybe like a minute later, he called me to get a few more info. I asked if the quote was real and he said he already checked out all my info and looks good and it's real. Got me set up right away and can't be happier. There was a little misunderstanding for payment plan, paying over 6 months vs paying for 6 months. This got sorted out by his team member Annie promptly and everything is good. I would recommend to give them a try."

"I have been with Mathew Balady for few years and I have auto and home insurance. Yesterday I called to add a new car to my existing policy. He could not add it to my policy and when I requested that I would like to have it added to my policy, and asked if I could speak to someone. An office manager with the name of Junior Zaruf came on the phone and spoke to me so rudely and harshly. When I told him that, he said he was but they cannot add this new car with the existing policy and said if I want it with the existing policy then I would have to wait until the renewal date to add the car. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE"
