"My experience with Matthew Balady’s State Farm office was deeply disappointing. I spoke directly with Matthew Balady, and his service was consistently rude, showing little concern for addressing my needs as a customer. Every six months, my policy premiums increased significantly without any clear explanation, leaving the impression that profit was prioritized over client care. When I attempted to discuss these issues, my calls were frequently sent to voicemail, and it felt like my number was deliberately blocked—yet when I called from a different line, the phone would ring without issue, only to be sent to voicemail again if I reused the same number. This unprofessional behavior and refusal to address customer concerns were unacceptable. As a business owner managing multiple corporations and phone lines, I rely on responsive and reliable service, and this agency failed miserably. I’ve since switched to another provider, saving nearly $700 for the six-month period, and I’m relieved to have taken my business elsewhere. I strongly urge others to explore alternative options for better service and value."
